Rescue 4-28 is a 1991 International 4 door cab with seating for 5 firefighters. The cab has 3 SCBA units mounted in the rear seat.  This unit has a full compliment of Preconnected Hurst Rescue tools with a  Spreader and "O" cutter along with a combi spread and cut tool and rams that can operate from a portable power unit or from an electrical system onboard. 

The unit has a 110 ton Hurst air bag system along with an onboard Genrator. This unit carries a full compliment of ground ladders, cribbing, power saws and other stabilization equipment.
